The District Development Officer in-charge has transferred the employees posted in Hathras blocks without the approval of the DM. The surprising thing is that despite the end of the financial year, the employees posted in the blocks have been posted from one block to other blocks and headquarters on administrative and official basis.
The transfer of employees and officers is going on in the district without the approval of the District Magistrate. However, in the past, the DM had canceled the transfers of 11 panchayat secretaries without taking approval from the competent level. Despite this, instructions were issued to all the officers to take approval from the competent level. Despite these orders, officers are being arbitrarily involved in transfers.
In-charge District Development Officer Rajesh Kumar Kuril has transferred three employees posted in the blocks only after the approval of CDO Sahitya Prakash. He has attached Junior Assistant Dipankar Dixit, posted in Block Sikandraau, on administrative basis to Development Block Sadabad, Ashok Kumar, posted in Development Block Sadabad, to the office of District Rural Development Agency on official basis. On the other hand, Mahesh Chandra Agarwal, the letter carrier posted in Development Block Sadabad, has been attached to the office of District Rural Development Agency. DM Archana Verma told that the matter will be investigated.
